If you click the title link, you will find an article detailing the Montana secretary of state's claims that if the Supreme Court finds against an individual right interpretation of the Second Amendment in Heller vs DC that such a descision would negate the state's contract with the union. In light of that, in his view Montana would be forced to secede from the union due to that breach of contract. This is interesting indeed.
