News Round Up 1/25/2012

"Do they really think that President Barack Obama wants to put everyone on food stamps? …" Of course he does. The more people you have beholden to the government the less people you have that will stand up to it when it's wrong for fear of losing their entitlements.

On another note, is Joe Biden really the right guy; considering his history of flaps, to be calling anyone's statements ridiculous?

Article: UK urges tougher Syria sanctions, Russia issues warning

And here you see precisely why the UN does not work. How can an organization work for good when it is hindered in that pursuit by the immoral regimes of reprobate countries like Russia and China? Everybody has this illusion that Russia is our pal now... They aren't. They got bested and their ego is still stung over that. I've stood on the free side of the iron curtain and seen the evil that Communism wrought. Such an evil is not so easily beaten. It is a cancer that needs to be forcefully excised from the soul of mankind.

The UN is a huge waste of our tax money. Why do we support this folly? Name one concrete benefit that has been wrought for the investment of the American taxpayer in the last two decades... the last three... how about four?

Article: What the State of the Union means for your wallet

The state of the union speech means nothing to my wallet. Obama stands a snowflake's chance in Hades of getting anything through the congress after poisoning the well like he has -and- he's not getting a second term either... So the state of the union address is nothing but the ramblings of an inconsequential little man whose only effect on history will be the asterisk by his name that leads to a footnote where the words "worst president in US history" appear (a distinction Jimmy Carter is very happy to have been relieved of).

Article: Ron Paul action figures! The best, worst and weirdest swag of the 2012 campaign

OMMFG!!! You too can reenact the true events of 9/11 or the lies of the holocaust with your very own Ron Paul action figure! Or just use them to scare your young children to death. "Eat your broccoli or Mr. Paul will come and visit you!"

Where to now?

We are now in the midst of the primary season. Mitt Romney has won Iowa by 8 votes. He's won New Hampshire by the margins that we expected. South Carolina has not voted yet. The conservative wing of the Republican party has flirted with one candidate after another. This flirtation can be witnessed even on this very blog. The mainstream media is force feeding us the "inevitability" of a Romney nomination. Santorum, Gingrich and Perry continue to split the votes of the conservative wing of the party, preventing any one of them from garnering the upper hand and unseating that Romney inevitability. Ron Paul and his wack-a-doodle pack... well they are running about being their wack-a-doodle selves, as is to be anticipated.

We need to get our ducks in a row. We need to reduce our candidate pool and settle on a non-Romney candidate... I propose Rick Santorum and here is why.

Newt Gingrich was a very appealing candidate for a while. Many of us even seriously considered him as an option prior to the Iowa caucuses... Romney however harpooned that surge by sicking his super P.A.C. on Gingrich. Was that fair? Probably not. But it happened. How has Mr. Gingrich reacted? Like a bull in a china shop, like a petulant child pouting and throwing a temper tantrum. He's fed ammunition to our enemies, attacking Romney (who may despite our best efforts, be the only one left to de-seat Obama) with patently liberal attacks. His use of these attacks will be pointed at as validation of them when they are levied by Obama against Romney. No my friends, Newt must go.

Rick Perry has also engaged in these same attacks. Having lived in Texas under his governorship, I too thought him a valid candidate when he first joined the fray. He has however shown himself to be a lack-luster candidate on the campaign trail. I'm sorry governor, you too must go.

My friends we must convince these gentlemen to abandon their candidacies and to persuade their supporters to fall in line behind the only viable non-Romney candidate left, Rick Santorum.

I know, I know even Santorum has his issues. There is no perfect hallelujah candidate in this race. I too hoped that some dynamic figure that made perfect sense would arrive on the scene and declare his intentions. That however did not happen. Santorum is the best we have.

We need to use care that we not squander this chance to free our nation from the predations of Obama. I personally would vote for Barney the stupid purple dinosaur if he were the alternative candidate to Obama. Yes that also extends to Romney or even (god forbid) Ron Paul. We can not allow ourselves to burn all of the bridges on the way to the general election. We can not allow our possible candidates to be so damaged in the primary process, that they are then nonviable when facing Obama. BUT, we must do all we can do to ensure that we arrive with the best possible candidate. I propose Senator Santorum.

Hey, did you notice something?

Reichsführer Ron Paul did not win the Iowa caucuses as had been widely predicted by his neo-Nazi followers. I guess things in the real world are a little different from hacking online polls. Oh well, perhaps they'll throw another "Tea party 07" where the anarchist, disaffected Hitler-youth can forego getting another swastika tattoo and give the money they saved up for it to the Paul campaign! Oh wait, they've already given that money so perhaps they'll have to steal the smaller children's lunch money for their next donations.

Of course we all know that the Zionist controlled puppet poll workers really stole the election from the most honorable, venerated Reichsführer Dr. Paul. All of those millions of votes for him were secreted in ET's colon and sent aboard a top-secret black helicopter to Dick Cheney's secret underground lair (the one where he plotted the 9/11 attack). There they will be folded by Halliburton slaves into party hats that will be worn to celebrate the day when the Jews secure their final domination of the world.

Of course the Ronpaulians™ can revel in the consolation that their candidate actually pulled in more votes than the widely known RINO, Rudy Giuliani...

When asked for comment, Dr. Paul said: "Der siegen fliegen fahrvergnügen pööpen glööpen! Sieg hiel!"

A Little Science to Disperse the Levity

Are you aware that currently there is an object in the solar system larger than the sun... and no it isn't the Algore's Tennessee mansion (although it does come close). The comet Holmes ' coma has now officially been measured and determined to be larger than the diameter of the sun. This little comet has been full of surprises. First it suddenly ramps up its brightness one-million fold overnight, then its coma bloats to these herculean proportions. The image below compares the size of Holmes' coma, the Sun and Saturn (the little blob in the lower right corner).

Now, I know the sudden appearance of such vexing object in the sky may be troubling to you Ron Paul supporters out there, but you can trust me there is no space ship hiding in the tail of this comet that'll whisk you away to paradise... So back away from the rat poison laced KoolAid otherwise the evil Zionists will win this upcoming election...

I mean give me a break if Ron Paul isn't Applewhite reincarnated, then that similarity in appearance has to at the very least be due to some familial relationship.

For everyone else, if you wish to find this thing in the sky to take a look, check out this sky chart courtesy of Space.Com:

I spent a little time out looking at it the other night. If I can get a nice patch of clear sky I may make a point to drag one of the scopes out and snap this guy's picture.
